ON LUXURY BAGS AND SMART INVESTMENTS

I love handbags and I secretly (maybe not so secretly after all!) have a big crush on Fendi bags. I love their uniqueness and their fun details. I like to say that the Fendi bags also come with a sense of humor. Which is an investment in itself as that trait is hard to find even in people! :-) Which brings me to the point of investments, and what’s a good investment when it comes to luxury bags.

I don’t pretend to know the answers to all the questions when it comes to bags but, I classify bags as a very important accessory in a woman’s wardrobe. In fact, I consider the bag an essential. And that is because a bag also serves a function, namely, to carry my daily gadgets, keys, phones, some makeup and perhaps some other articles that are connected with my  daily activities.

I could of course resign myself to carry a completely unassuming bag that satisfies the functionality part just fine, but what’s the fun in that? If I am to carry around an object on 90% of the occasions, I like to pick one that that is both functional and pleasing to the eye.  And that’s because I like my things to speak about me … and I have volumes to say, so stick around J. I believe that our mannerisms, the way we hold ourselves, the color of our clothes, and finally, our accessories, they all tell a story about us. So why not let them tell the right story?

I like to invest in bags that are either statement pieces or timeless classics so I shop retail, but I also look for vintage pieces in reputable consignment stores and online platforms. One such online source is Trendlee. What I like about Trendlee is that it curates a great selection of designer bags that are in great or excellent condition. Their description is very thorough and the bag’s authenticity is guaranteed and backed up with a solid return policy. Another thing that I like about Trendlee is that they offer financing, so, you can spread out your payments on that Chanel   …or Celine bag that I am featuring in this post and that looked flawless but cost a fraction of its original price. If you do decide to pick Trendlee for you next designer bag, use my promo code: ISABEL to receive 5% of your investment.

Thank you so much for reading.

I hope you enjoyed this post and I’ll see you again soon.
