NYFW 2017 – Day 2

NYFW Day 2 – it is less scary and more editorial.

We stroll around New York, where we find the cutest coffee shop and where I enjoy a cappuccino for no less than 30 minutes. I’m not a morning person so it is important for me to start my day right and enjoy my coffee in the morning: it sets my mood for the entire day J.

My mood is editorial, so I style my outfit out of two skirts ( talk about things that lend themselves to versatility!). The bottom is a linen skirt from Crea Concept that I love dearly. The top is another wrap skirt from the same brand that I actually styled in a previous post as a skirt and decided to use it a top here.  I tie it around  in a very creative way by wrapping it half way on my shoulder and tying it around my chest twice. The result is pretty impressive, I say :-)

Finally the evening ends with a very theatrical show from Irina Shabayeva, former winner of Project Runway. She styles feathers, leather, big prints and lots of red. It looks divine, I feel like I just witness a new streak of greatness: the Russian ballet of fashion.
